FAQ
Before you go on air.
Do I need any tech skills?
No. We build the apps, design the art and handle the store submissions. On Pilot you upload videos through a simple dashboard. On Series and Network, we do that for you too.
Whose name is on the channel?
Yours. Your channel carries your brand and your logo. Viewers see your show, not us.
How fast can I be on TV?
We build your channel in about 72 hours after we have your logo and videos. Roku and Amazon then review it before it goes live, which usually takes a few days to a couple of weeks.
What content can I put on it?
Anything you own or have the rights to show: episodes, sermons, games, events, podcasts on video. You keep ownership of your content.
Can I make money from my channel?
Yes. On the Network plan we set up ad breaks on your channel and connect the VAST ad tag from your own ad network, so the ad revenue goes straight to you. Don't have an ad network yet? Ask us on the call.
What about Google TV and Apple TV?
Roku and Fire TV are included. Google TV is available as an add-on. Ask us about other screens on the call.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans are billed once a year and cost about two months less.
